Fill-up Future Member Information Form (FMIF) and please prepare the following:

• Copy of (2) valid Identification Cards (TIN ID and other government issued IDs)
• Proof of billing (where the applicant resides)

Note: A representative from Education and Training Department (ETD) will call you for verification.

STEP 2 - SCHEDULING OF ONLINE PMES VIA GOOGLE MEET OR ZOOM APPLICATION
An official invitation will be sent to applicant's email address. Authorized ETD personnel will issue an electronic copy (e-copy) of PMES Certificate as proof of attendance and completion to applicant's registered email account.
