All Regular Members in Good Standing entitled to vote as of Dec. 31, 2023 based on 2023 Allocation and Distribution of Net Surplus of BCC to its Members (2023 Interest on Capital and Patronage Refund).

1. Membership date of Voting MIGS must be from August 11, 1986 to December 31, 2023, and complied all the necessary requirements as Voting MIGS based on BCC by-laws.
2. Voting MIGS is entitled to “one free ticket-one member” only.
3. Voting MIGS must be in actual attendance during the 37th AGA, whether onsite or online.
4. Voting MIGS must have pre-registered using the online pre-registration system of the Cooperative from January 31 to March 16, 2024 (optional).
5. Voting MIGS must wear the official 37th GA uniform on the day of AGA (optional)

1. The conduct of Electronic Raffle shall be done during the 37^th BCC AGA in BCC HSM Convention Center on March 24, 2024 with the presence of the following;  1.1. Audit Committee, 1.2. President & CEO, 1.3. Raffle Committee, 1.4 Five (5) volunteer Voting MIGS (onsite at BCC HSM CC)
2. The dart raffle shall be through electronic wheel of names based on the actual attendance of AGA (system generated).
3. Raffle Entry of Voting MIGS will be based on Actual Attendance of 37th General Assembly (March 24, 2024)
4. All voting MIGS winners must be present or in attendance when called during the General Assembly free raffle.; 4.1 4.1. For Face to Face – all winning members must be in the premises of our different Official GA Venue (BCC Convention – Main Office, BCC Marilag Satellite Office, BCC Pagrai Satellite Office, BCC Cainta Satellite, BCC Calaca Satellite Office), 4.2. 4.2. For Online – all winning members must virtually log in to Zoom Platform.
5. All voting MIGS winners are subject for account clearance from the Collection Department.
6. All voting MIGS winners with application or on-process of Membership Withdrawal/Termination shall be automatically forfeited and re-raffled to other present voting MIGS members on the same day of 37th AGA.
7. All voting MIGS winners shall be informed thru SMS or Phone Call for the claiming of the prize in coordination with BM’s and Kamay-Ari Services Department. Winning voting MIGS must claim their prizes from April 1-30, 2024.
8. All prizes shall be claimed to the assigned Raffle Committee.
9. Prizes are NOT CONVERTIBLE TO CASH and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. (Except Insurances, if the winning member have already existing insurance he/she may transfer the insurance to his/her immediate family member)
